Blind Cat Festival full T and C

Blind Cat Festival is organised by a group of volunteers. We have put in hundreds of unpaid hours to make this event happen. We have tried to the best of our ability to organise a smooth running event, but things can go wrong, schedules can change and things can happen that are out of our control.
All advertised bands, services, facilities and activities were correct at the time of writing, however;
We reserve the right to change any activity, band, service or any advertised element of the festival without prior warning.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the festival.
We reserve the right to remove any person whose conduct and behaviour we deem to be inappropriate.
We reserve the right withdraw ticket sales at anytime.
If the event is cancelled we will refund all prepaid tickets minus, any ticket booking fees charged to us by outside agencies or banks etc.
Under 18’s must have legal parent or guardian with them at the festival. Children remain the responsibility of the legal guardian or parent at all times.
The festival organisers, their agents, volunteers, staff and subcontractors cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or injury that occurs at or during the festival.
All persons attending the festival attend at their own risk.
We have a no drugs policy. Any person found selling or taking illegal substances will be asked to leave site immediately and the relevant authorities will be informed.
Due to the licence from the local authority we have a no glass on site policy. If you are found with a glass bottle you will be asked to empty the bottle and the glass will then be disposed of safely.
We reserve the right not to serve alcohol to persons deemed unfit or underage. ID will be requested from any person looking under 25.
Blind Cat Festival operates the Challenge 25 policy. If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18. PASS is the recognised national proof of ID card. Apply for a PASS card.
Do not buy alcohol for persons under the age of 18 – if you do, you risk being asked to leave the festival.
REMEMBER: Drinking and driving is an offence. Dont risk the life of yourself and others. Alcohol will dehydrate you, pace yourself and top up with water or soft drinks.
